The individuals that are mentioned below have been identified as future leaders by the EMpower judging panel. The list shows the top 30 black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) role models who EMpower think have the most potential to become a future leader.
The individuals who are listed are high-performing, high-potential individuals who are at various points in their careers. The list placed a larger emphasis on the work that the individuals were doing in promoting inclusion, rather than the seniority that the individual has within the business.
