DVLA’s Contact Centre triumphs at WCCF Awards 2017

DVLA’s Contact Centre has triumphed at the prestigious Welsh Contact Centre Forum (WCCF) Awards. The awards ceremony took place on 3rd March at the iconic Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff, where Rhian Williams won the Contact Centre Manager of the Year Award.
This award recognises great leadership to ensure consistent performance, communication of the organisations vision/mission and a strong commitment to the delivery of organisational objectives with an efficient and effective service.
It also reflects Rhian’s innovation and her positive impact on the wider organisation as seen in her commitment to the continuous improvement of the centre, staff and her own career.
The WCCF offers support for contact centres located throughout Wales. Their annual awards celebrate excellence and innovative practice from both individuals and companies.
Rhian said:
“It’s an amazing feeling to win this award and recognition. I’ve been lucky enough to get involved in a lot of new initiatives and work with some talented people. This has given me the confidence to learn new skills and stretch my own capabilities. I also work with a great team of people and this award is recognition of their commitment to be a centre of excellence. To top the night off my award was presented by Jason Manford, one of my favourite comedians.”
