Marking the end of a year like no other, Capgemini UK have been delighted to pick up ‘Best Tech Employer’ for the Women in Tech Employer Awards and earn a spot in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers for the first time at no.18.
Inclusive Top 50 2020/21
For the very first time, Capgemini UK have made it into the Inclusive Top 50 Employers listing at no.18. This league table of the most inclusive employers in the UK shines a light on best practice across all strands of diversity – age, disability, gender, LGBT+, race, faith and religion. Organisations featured in the list provided evidence on topics including recruitment procedures, training, workforce data and a host of diversity-related initiatives.

In a virtual awards show in early December, Head of Employee Experience & Inclusion Bal Gill was thrilled to accept Capgemini’s award for ‘Best Tech Employer’ - beating competition from Microsoft. The judges said that Capgemini UK were ‘a clear winner, with a really impressive entry covering flexible working, the pay gap, the board – just so impressive!’
