WORK EXPERIENCE 50
Urban Synergy in partnership with Lewisham’s Young Mayor’s Office are launching a drive to offer 50 young people the fantastic and unique opportunity of work experience in some of London’s leading organisations, an opportunity they would not normally receive.
The work experience will be offered in the format of the “Day in Life of …” experience, Power Lunches and One Week Work Experience/Work Shadowing, these will be tailored for each individual organisation and will be flexible in line with what your organisation is able to offer.
This work experience for the most part will take place in July to coincide with the end of the school year.
Urban Synergy will coordinate and manage ALL administration and liaise with HR Personnel within each organisations when required, keeping this process as simple as possible and in no way adding to your workload.
Our young people, aged 14/15 are ambitious, keen and hard-working, and we will ensure that they are fully prepared to represent your organisation and to enter the working environment.

Work experience provides many benefits, giving our young people skills and experience that will allow them to stand out to potential employers as well as helping them to choose the right sector to work in.
