Since the pandemic began, parents all over the country have been working tirelessly to home school their children when necessary. Throughout, our people have come together to support each other - sharing tips and useful resources, celebrating their wins, and offering support to other parents.
As an employer, we're committed to offering flexibility for parents to home school or work at times that are convenient to them. We also offer additional wellbeing support, such as the Aviva Digicare+ Workplace App which provides our people and their immediate family members access to doctors, nutritionists, mental health advice and bereavement support from home. We're in this together.
