People Managers’ Network Event
On Thursday 23 May, we were delighted to host our first People Managers’ Network event at Aviation House – bringing over 250 of our people managers together under the theme ‘Leadership through change’. With interactive sessions, networking opportunities and guest speakers, the PMN is part of our ongoing commitment to invest in leadership at every level of our organisation and promote collaboration, motivation and continuous learning. The event ended with an inspirational guest in astronaut Major Tim Peake, who spoke about the challenges all leaders face and how to manage them, be it on earth or in space!
