Mads is a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with 7+ years of business analysis and MS Dynamics experience. He enjoys working with clients, helping them transform and enhance their business processes into solutions that work within Dynamics 365, utilising out of the box functionality as much as possible. He is an advocate for Scrum and Agile implementation methods and enjoys the breadth of experiences gained at Capgemini and the number of MS technologies he is exposed to in the role.

I joined Capgemini in 2016 as a Business Analyst, which allowed me to work on many different projects, doing a lot of varied and interesting roles. I was able to move internally to the Microsoft team given my previous Dynamics experience. I have been given so many opportunities while working here and I continue to grow personally and professionally every day.
The team consists of a group of very impressive individuals. The projects we do are very complex and challenging which in turn enhances your skills and keeps the job interesting. I have found that I am the master of my career and I can go in just about any direction that interests me, and it is a company that rewards good performance. Anyone up for a challenge and having some fun along the way should come here and help the team improve even more.
Travelling and experiencing new cultures is a big interest of mine so I try to get around as much as I can. I enjoy golf, basketball and squash and have recently gotten into Yoga and Pilates which are great for a more well-rounded body and mind.
