NHS Employees Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Week
The Trust joined NHS Employers in their celebration of the seventh Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Week #EQW2018, which took place from 14th to 18th May 2018. Co-ordinated by NHS Employers, #EQW2018 is a national platform for organisations to highlight their work to create a fairer, more inclusive NHS for patients and staff.
The theme was; diverse, inclusive, together and was chosen to reflect the move across the health and social care sector towards collaboration and integration - as reflected in the Five Year Forward View and the emergence of Vanguards and Sustainability and Transformation Plans.
