Cambridge Assessment - Early Careers

Cambridge Assessment currently runs Graduate programmes in CIE and IT and a programme has been designed for Cambridge English, which is due to run in 2016.

These Schemes develop graduates quickly so that they can work independently, and the programme design encourage original thinking, allowing graduates to make valuable and novel contributions. We aim to develop people to whom we want to offer permanent roles.

In addition, Cambridge Assessment piloted its first Apprenticeship Programme in IT. We increase the learning opportunities of people all over the world, and this was an opportunity to make a difference to lives on a more personal level. We recognise that there are many talented people in IT, who have not been afforded the opportunity to gain a formal qualification. The IT Apprenticeship programme has allowed us to tap into this talent, while giving enthusiastic IT hobbyists a start in the industry.
