Business in the Community: Workplace Gender Equality Awards 2016

The gender campaign at Business in the Community has been recognising employers for over two decades with the UK's most prestigious workplace awards for gender equality/diversity and inclusion.

There are two opportunities to gain recognition through one combined entry process:

  • The Times Top 50 Employers for Women list - in partnership with Business in the Community
  • The Business in the Community Workplace Gender Equality Awards –sponsored by Nationwide Building Society

These processes have been streamlined into a single entry form.  The Times Top 50 Employers for Women list recognises organisations for their all-round activity and achievements, whilst the Business in the Community Workplace Gender Equality Awards recognises specific areas of excellence.

Awards winners will be announced at the Awards Dinner on 20 April 2016 and the list of the Top 50 Employers for Women will be published in a special supplement in The Times the following day 21 April 2016.
