Bank of England marked the 30th Anniversary of Black History Month throughout October with a series of talks and events organised by their ethnic minorities network.

They welcomed speakers such as Dawn Butler MP, Dr Yvonne Thompson CBE and Walter H White.

Bank of England's Governor, Mark Carney, spoke at the closing event last week attended by staff from across the Bank where performances from Briggs - Poetry, Chineke Foundation orchestra and Uchenna Dance were enjoyed.
