Yesterday we announced an ambitious new campaign: Change the Race Ratio.
The campaign is calling for companies to set targets for greater racial and ethnic diversity at Board level, ExCo and ExCo minus one.
As we continue working towards being a more inclusive employer, we are proud to be a founding member of this campaign.
We believe that the time for change is now: business needs to take urgent action on black and ethnic minority participation at senior leadership levels. By the end of 2021 we commit to having at least one ethnic minority member on the Aviva plc board.
