In April we welcomed seven young people who are Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET) to our Chelmsford office for the start of our eight week ‘Step Up’ Traineeship programme. The programme aims to help young people develop skills which will stand them in good stead to develop their careers.
Last week, our Step Up trainees visited Manchester United's Aon Training Complex. A big thank you to the team players for taking the time to meet with us before their training session, and also to John Shiels from the Manchester United Foundation for delivering an inspirational and thought-provoking presentation.
