A healthy heart is needed for job searching

At the moment I am doing a course about heart health. I was then thinking about job searching and if our heart wasn't in it what the consequences might be.

There are times in our lives when things don't go as well as we expected, so we feel deflated and sometimes don't want to carry on with either trying to find a solution or continue in finding something better.

With a heart that's not fully functioning it's difficult to achieve much as an individual can get tired and run down easily. This then leads to infections and possible depression.

This can be the same in looking for employment. The heart needs to be focused on looking for that job and be able to cope with what might lie ahead.

With anything that is a challenge, there may be other challenges ahead, which leads to decisions being made on how to approach them.

It can be so easy to be complacent about our health or position, so sometimes we don't do anything about it.

So we have to learn discipline in the way we approach either our health or employment status.

1) Exercise, so that we have a positive attitude, also it gives us more energy.

2) Watch what we eat. Food can change our moods and our health.

3) Be positive, in light of any setbacks we might have.

4) Learn something new and use it to your benefit.

All the above have different ways in enabling ourselves in having an open mind moving forward.
