Netcompany was founded in 2000 and has its headquarter in Copenhagen. In the Group, we have more than 6,500 employees from 17 countries across the globe. We deliver solutions to support the digital transformation of our client’s businesses, providing expertise from global IT experts and investing in the talents of our people.   • Sabbatical: We offer employees with permanent contracts the option of applying for unpaid leave for up to 12 months for educational purposes, travel or other activities that require a longer leave of absence
  • Paid lunch: We offer all our employees free lunch in our offices during the weekdays. Here, we offer healthy meals, with vegetarian and vegan options and the opportunity to socialise with co-workers
  • Parental leave: We offer new mothers 16 weeks of maternity leave with full compensation. New fathers can take one week of leave with full compensation and are able to opt in for a five-week paternity leave, being compensated with 70% of their full pay
  • Hybrid working: At Netcompany we strive to create a workplace where our employees can enjoy the flexibility of working from home as well as the pleasant working environment with colleagues at the office
  • Pension: At Netcompany we have created a program in which we assist our employees in creating a pension scheme. Here we offer to pay 2/3 of the pension premium, leaving only the last 1/3 for the employee to pay
  • Holiday/annual leave: As a full-time employee at Netcompany, you are given 5 weeks of paid leave annually. This is the four weeks of statutory leave, plus a fifth week that we invite all our employees to take
