There are two main types of awards: the student panel awards and the sector awards.

Every single award within these two categories is voted on and determined exclusively by students, a fact that makes our graduate recruitment awards event unlike any other. In addition, there's also the AGCAS award and the graduate employer of the year award – for the outstanding employer of the year.

The sector awards - voted for by students 

The winner of each award is determined by an online student poll conducted by our research partner ‘trendence’ and we have captured 62,814 student votes this year. All shortlisted organisations are also eligible to enter for the graduate employer of the year award. These awards recognise the most popular graduate recruiters in the following fifteen categories:
