Goal of WIN: Focusing on growing, supporting, and investing in our global community of women.

Purpose of the network:

• Connection, Community, and Networking with women across Intapp
• Mentoring, Coaching, Career and Personal Enrichment
• Showcasing women in leadership as role models (internal and external)
• Discussing experiences that are unique to professional women and strategies for successful outcomes
• Enhancing education and awareness
• Creating recommendations to effect change
• Creating a collective voice to represent women’s interests at Intapp

First Initiatives:

• Planned external/internal speaker series event every other month
• Launch of WIN internal communication channels for collaboration and idea sharing.
• Identification of additional initiatives and internal leaders of those initiatives
