Haymarket’s Origin network is a networking body whose primary purpose is to effectively guide, balance and support Haymarket’s policies around diversity and inclusion, particularly in regards to race, national origin, citizenship, religion and socioeconomic diversity.

Origin’s focus is to implement  projects and drive actions that will create a more inclusive, open and collaborative environment for all of us at Haymarket. With a view to tackling and deconstructing legacy cultures and practices that may act as a barrier to diversity and racial equity within the business.

Origin meet regularly to engage in earnest dialogue and active listening as a group in order to better understand the perspectives of other colleagues from different socioeconomic backgrounds and races.
