Flex Working and Home Working at Travelport

Travelport has adopted the use of flex working concepts to meet the varying demands of its business units and their employees in appropriate situations. The objective is to satisfy business and customer requirements cost-effectively, and offers employees greater location independence, enabling them to work from a variety of places with more flexibility in the way they deliver their work objectives.

It provides a framework for equality of opportunity as well as addressing recruitment and retention needs. It is, however, offered entirely at Travelport’s discretion to employees who have the ability to work effectively in locations other than their designated office. Flex Working must be practical and meet both the business and operational needs. Employees and managers are encouraged to adopt a flexible and creative approach to making the arrangements work.
