The Parents & Carers network is here to support all colleagues with parental and caring responsibilities. We’ll help you find the support and advice you need, as well as make working life easier, wherever you are in the business and whatever your goals.

Being a parent or carer can throw up some unique challenges, such as returning after parental leave, juggling dual caring responsibilities (young and old), managing part-time or flexible working alongside career development, and so much more.  

We promote discussion around the challenges and raise awareness of the key issues faced by parents & carers, to help shape Tesco policies.
