Skanska

We are committed to building a safe, happy and healthy community and we have a range of programmes in place to support this. Our Injury-Free Environment programme, subsidised gym membership and employee assistance programme are just some of the things we have in place to ensure our people stay healthy in all areas of their life.

Employee Assistance Programme

The Employee Assistance Programme is a 24/7 confidential telephone service handled by an experienced therapist or advisor, who can provide expert advice, practical information and emotional support to help deal with many of life’s challenges. It is available free of charge to all Skanska employees, their spouse or partner and children aged 16-24.
