Inclusion Passport at the English Institute of Sport

At the EIS, we recognise that everyone is unique. We value difference and want to ensure that we provide the most supportive environment for our people at work to allow them to be authentic and reach their full potential.

To help us better understand what colleagues need to help them to perform to their full potential, feel included and get the support they need in the workplace, we have recently created and implemented an Inclusion Passport.

The inclusion passport will explore individual differences, personal circumstances and also consider any disability (including long-term health conditions), gender identity, menopause, religious practices, caring responsibilities, that they may have.
