The MOD is committed to supporting the career progression and experiences of ethnic minority colleagues. We offer all ethnic minority colleagues the opportunity to access our Job Application support scheme, which supports civil servants from an ethnic minority background with applying for new roles.

We also offer a dedicated Mentoring Scheme for ethnic minority colleagues for support with career development. The MOD Race Network works closely with the leadership team and the MOD Race Champion to amplify the voice of MOD’s ethnic minority colleagues and is open to all colleagues, including allies.
