Mentor Her at AIB

Mentor Her Programme success, first launched in 2018 saw 64 mentees took part in the 2020 programme, each partnered with a mentor to help them realise their full potential and be the best that they can be.  A Mentor Her Media channel as well as a buddy system were new features of the offering this year.  A key component of the 2020 programme that ran alongside the mentoring was a 'Women in Leadership Programme', a module-based interactive virtual programme, focusing on leadership essentials, with a huge importance placed on interaction and networking. Mentor Her success is outlined below; participants having been surveyed:
