Menopause Support at Grosvenor

We recognise that menopause can be a topic that is difficult to talk about, and we want to change that. No matter who you are, it’s important to be able to have open and informed conversations around menopause. At Grosvenor, women experiencing menopausal symptoms are offered the same support and understanding as anyone else experiencing an ongoing health condition and we have a comprehensive policy in place to ensure all our employees feel supported and are aware of the resources available. These include our Employee Assistance Programme, Mental Health First Aiders, Occupational Health, reasonable adjustments to your working environment and flexible working arrangements.

To reflect this commitment, in 2022, we signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge, which means we will:

  • Recognise that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and women may need support
  • Talk openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause
  • Actively support and inform our employees affected by the menopause
