LGBTQ+ at Defence Nuclear Enterprise

The MOD is committed to an inclusive culture where all members of the LGBTQ community can be their authentic selves whilst at work. ShOUT is the MOD’s LGBT Network and works to represent the views and needs of all members who are part of the LGBT community.

ShOUT is the @DefenceHQ LGBTQ+ Employee Staff Network representing all Sexual Orientation and Gender Identities across the civilian workforce

The MOD is also proud to run a LGBTQ+ Allies Programme, which champions LGBT inclusion by delivering Authentic Allyship sessions to colleagues on how to be a good ally to the LGBTQ community. The network also plays a huge part in representing the MOD at the annual Pride parade in London.
