We have excellent Subject Matter Experts within the business, but also maintain a high standard of relationships with our external learning providers – all of our offers can be adjusted to include everyone, and we’re open to a conversation and feedback.

  Structured programmes designed to cover functional and behavioural skills, supported by regular check-ins and professional qualifications.
• Laying the Foundations
  A programme dedicated to supporting our new joiners within their first few months. As self-directed learning, we encourage site visits, attendance at local presentations and even breakfast with an MD!
• Foundations of Management
  Offers everything you need to know about being a line manager at Taylor Wimpey, whilst we also provide alternative learning options.
• Succession Programmes
  Our focus is to constantly improve our internal succession, so when those wonderful career opportunities arise, we have the right people ready at the right time to be successful in them.
