Hybrid and Flexible Working at Pinsent Masons

We were an early adopter of hybrid working before the pandemic, and we continue to trust our people to work effectively in an agile manner. Focussing on what is accomplished rather than where or when it is accomplished. 

This usually consists of a combination of office-based and remote working which can change from week to week, without a fixed structure.
