Female Futures is just one of the Inclusion Network Groups working together to contribute to the firm’s diversity activities.  Gender equality is a key business priority and we’re taking the necessary steps to enable women at all levels to engage with our purpose and succeed in our firm.  

The aim is for women at Pinsent Masons to have or to continue to have a real and sustained impact now and in the future. Our Female Futures network seeks to deliver against those goals by championing positive change to promote better gender balance, providing events and opportunities to exchange ideas and network, both internally and with our clients.  Our vision is to make the firm a better place to work, motivating our people, improving staff retention, and assisting with the recruitment of the best candidates across the business. 

We provide a valuable support network and a great forum to meet and interact with colleagues from a range of backgrounds. Hosting many events, which include training and presentations from inspirational business leaders, along with networking tailored to each office. Providing information, advice, support mentoring, and business development. 

We act as representatives of our colleagues and play an important role in the development of the firm's policies and initiatives which have a particular gender focus.
