What impact does it have / how does it help Thales employees:

Our EDI Policy outlines our commitments to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and outlines our six areas of focus:

This policy is designed to promote great relationships between our people and all parties who interact with Thales in the UK and pledges our support to create a culture of continuous learning.

Providing opportunities to people from all backgrounds and helping them to feel included gives us positive human and business outcomes. Diversity of thought also enables us to create innovative solutions for our customers and improving EDI is the right thing to do for individuals and for society.

Who does it help: It helps all employees, contractors, visitors suppliers and customers by striving for an excellent standard of behaviour for others to follow. When you work with Thales you deserve to be treated with respect, and are expected to give that respect to others too.
