Employee Assistance at Thales

In line with the focus on Employee Wellbeing, all Thales UK Employees have access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provided by Unum Lifeworks, as part of the comprehensive benefits package.

The EAP is a personal support service and is open to both you, as an employee, and your family household members. It offers support via qualified and impartial counsellors on planned or unplanned life events from relationship matters to financial problems and psychological difficulties such as anxiety and depression.

Practical advice on everyday challenges e.g. budgeting or childcare issues can also be discussed and referral can be made to specialist advisers if required.

Maintaining good mental health is an important element of our wellbeing and the mental health policy at Thales. We seek to provide support to anyone experiencing mental ill health while also promoting mental health awareness and wellbeing more generally in the workplace. We also partner with Unmind which gives our employees free access to a huge range of resources and tips to help you proactively manage and improve your mental wellbeing.
