ABOUT
UPJ is the network of dedicated companies and non-profit intermediary organizations in Germany. The focus is on projects that help solve societal problems by creating new links between businesses, nonprofit organizations and public administrations.
The non-profit UPJ eV also supports these actors with information and advice on the development and implementation of their corporate citizenship and corporate social responsibility activities.
UPJ was founded in 1996 and understands Corporate Social Responsibility as a contribution of companies to sustainable development, which is implemented through responsible practice in the fields of action market, environment, employees and communities. At the forefront of corporate citizenship (corporate citizenship) are new social cooperations in which actors from the state, business and civil society redefine their roles in their own interest, bundle their resources and specific competencies and jointly seek new solutions to social problems.
