What part will you play?

Your tasks will be centered around driving Project Quality Excellence ensuring best in Class in the Solution Business as a governance function.

• Align with PM@Siemens coordinator the Project set up for QMiPs globally.
• Establish and track KPIs for the global Solutions QMiP team, actively driving and enabling their success.
• Drive regular exchange in the Solutions QMiP community including Lessons learned.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to QMiPs, empowering their professional growth.
• Define and manage features in the Project Management Tooling.
• Design, deliver, and ensure comprehensive training programs tailored to Solutions QMiPs.
• Initiate RCA (Root Cause Analysys) in the regions and HQ for NCC (Non-Conformance Costs) and support the definition of improvements measures.
• Contribute to Business Unit process enhancements by integrating lessons learned and best practice feedback.
• Ensure SQM (Supplier Quality Management) processes implementation for Solution business globally.
• Support the business implementing and driving SQM in the Regional Countries.
• Drive the SQM KPIs achievement for the Business Unit.
• Facilitate RCA for supplier related NCC and support the definition of improvements measures.
• Drive QAA (Quality Assurance Agreements) and lessons learned implementation in respective Regions and HQ.
• Ensure supplier Audit program for main Suppliers in Alignment with Project Procurement.
• Provide support for supplier qualification process, maintaining high standards of supplier quality.
• Directly report to the Head of Quality Excellence, contributing to strategic quality initiatives.
• Your homebase will be in Erlangen.

What you need to make real what matters.

• The basis of your success is a completed master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• You have gained long-term experience in project execution.
• You are an experienced and qualified auditor.
• Furthermore, you are PM@Siemens level C or IPMA C certified.
• You are an outstanding team player.
• You independently create innovative topics, for which you can count on your solution-oriented thinking, customer focus and personal commitment.
• Moreover, you have excellent communication skills, a convincing appearance, a winning personality, and the ability to build and develop trusting relationships at all levels.
• You have already worked in an international environment, have intercultural skills, and can work well with international partners and teams.
• Business fluent German and English round off your profile.
