In Ditzingen, you will encounter security solutions for monitoring and safeguarding borders and border controls, protection of civil and military facilities and tactical communication. This is the right place for you if you want to join us in developing and producing tactical radio equipment for networked operations guidance during military missions. Your mission

• Directing project activities according Chorus 2.0 to reach successful completion of the project regarding its technical, industrial, financial baseline and customer satisfaction; in close cooperation with Solution Management, Portfolio Management, Bid Management, Project Management Office and Research&Development
• Establishing and updating project requirements baseline in a collaborative work with the Bid Manager as well as managing all relevant internal/external stakeholder and setting up a project team charta
• Defining and managing the project execution baseline (e.g. supplier contractual data, management plans, costs, budgets and financial structure) and continuously planning and consolidating corresponding nominative project team workload
• Ensuring successful transition to the project and contributing to preparing, organizing and validating the project launch including project launch review
• Continuously tracking financial KPI and project efficiency, liaising with the Finance Controller, consolidating budget and costs, performing gap analysis, proactively suggesting and implementing appropriate mitigation actions
• Elaborating and maintaining the Risks & Opportunities Register, proactively managing risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans

We are looking forward to

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, IT or comparable qualification
• Skills in usage of ERP tools (SAP), Office Applications and Jira
• German and English both spoken and written
• Technically you convince with your experiences in working within international companies in a customer-oriented department in addition to your experience in agile methodologies and practices
• Personally you enthuse with your strong cooperation and communication skills as well as your very good organizational skills
