What part will you play?

• You will lead a development team in the Embedded Systems division within our international development organisation for Electrification & Automation.
• Furthermore, you will support your employees in their personal development and in achieving their goals in our highly complex development projects for the SIPROTEC product families
• You see change as a challenge, adapt to it and drive it forward with passion until it is successfully implemented with your team.
• As a project manager (f/m/d), you will provide technical leadership to international R&D teams and promote an ownership culture throughout the organisation.
• It is your responsibility to translate customer requirements and problems into specific tasks and solutions and to set up corresponding projects.
• Lastly, you will be responsible for the associated project budgets and adherence to deadlines, taking into account quality requirements and customer benefits.

What you need to make real what matters.

• The foundation of your success is a degree or master's degree in electrical engineering specialising in energy systems
• Additionally, you possess many years of professional experience in leading international teams as a project or team leader
• You have a solid understanding of station technology in the medium and high voltage range as well as transmission and distribution grids
• You also have several years of relevant professional experience in software development for embedded real-time systems
• Knowledge in the application of AI would be a significant advantage
• Strategic thinking and the development of innovative solutions with your team, which you drive forward with your strong communication skills and powers of persuasion, comes easily to you
• Lastly, your German and English skills are business fluent
