This is your role. What part will you play:

Work with our electricity utility clients, transport infrastructure agencies, regulators, local authorities, and, independent system operators.

Are you familiar with consulting large organizations above on key energy and sustainability related topics? Great! Then you will be an excellent problem solver of our customer's complex challenges that come along with energy transition. Help us to find opportunities and novel business models of the future.

• Identify potential solutions for a specific client problem and challenge guided by the senior consultants
• A relationship building expert who puts the customer first when developing energy transition strategies, undertaking smart energy system planning and concept designing
• Conduct feasibility / techno-economic studies of smart grid, eMobility infrastructure, cyber security and distributed energy projects to identify business cases for customers
• Develop and grow consulting portfolio elements globally together with the senior consultants
• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution
• Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values
• Assume overall responsibility for the success of your assigned projects (external and internal projects)
• Travel internationally to meet with external and internal stakeholders

Be part of newly formed fast-growing business. Here's what is needed:

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or equivalent - Master's preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in delivering consultancy services or related position
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Demonstrates a solid working knowledge of a number of the following: DER technologies, Battery Storage, Electric Vehicle Infrastructure, Decarbonization Strategies, Energy Efficiency, Grid Modernization, Digitalization & Analytics, financial modelling
• Experience with implementing transformational and technologically complex programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
