Gender Network at CityFibre

The Gender Network is sponsored by Sarah Parsons, Director of Compliance, and was set up to:

  • Provide a forum for staff to talk confidentially about their work experiences
  • Identify and respond to matters that affect employee’s family lives
  • Contribute to improving the work experience and work life balance of all employees. And,
  • Celebrate all our employees from all genders

The Gender Network steering group comprises of a cross representative group of employees from across CityFibre and we have also partnered with the Women in Engineering Society (WES) to help us work toward gender parity across CityFibre.

All employees who want to make a difference are welcome to become part of the Network.
