What can you expect from the application process?

On the application form, you will be asked for information about yourself, your education and employment background. There are three questions that will assess your motivation for wanting to join Wates and your career aspirations. If you are successful in this stage, you will be asked to complete a video interview. The final stage is a virtual assessment centre.
