As part of our responsibility to drive initiatives both internally and externally, we have created a Diversity & Inclusion Council for our European business. Our DEI Council is built on 5 key pillars, each of which is led by a senior leader who is passionate about the topic:

 

People & Workplace Pillar

Led by our VP Finance, Alexandre Pouille, and focuses on how we can develop a pipeline of diverse talents and foster an inclusive workplace where all our people can thrive.

 

Value Chain Pillar

Led by our VP Procurement & Sustainability, Ingrid De Ryck, and ensures that our DEI efforts are reflected throughout our value chain, enabling inclusive growth with our diverse partners.

 

Customers Pillar

Led by our BU West President, Brian Perkins, and working towards enabling inclusive growth for retailers through digital transformation, social and financial programs, and policies.

 

Consumers Pillar

Led by our VP Commercial, Adrien Mahieu, and focuses on how our brands are agents of change that can reflect diversity & inclusion in society.

 

Communities Pillar

Led by our VP Legal & Corporate Affairs, Cybelle Buyck, and ensures that our company leverages our global influence to support relevant initiatives in society, inspire action, and expand opportunities for our stakeholders.
