The Hays Helps Vision

The 'Hays Helps' programme has been established to focus and align all of Hays' global volunteering and fund raising activities towards the aim of ensuring we are supporting the communities and societies we serve by both lifting the employability of people who may not have the same opportunities as others and protecting the environments where we are based in order to create a more sustainable future world of work

What is Hays Helps?

The 'Hays Helps' programme has been established to focus and align all of Hays’ global volunteering and charitable efforts towards the single goal of ensuring we are supporting the societies and communities we serve by “Improving the employability of people who may not have the same opportunities as others”. We will focus our programme on helping to find jobs for the workforce of today and preparing the workforce of tomorrow to find jobs, whilst supporting our corporate commitment to becoming Net Zero and operating in a more sustainable way.

This goal aligns directly with our Purpose:

“Benefitting society by helping people succeed and enabling organisations – creating opportunities and improving lives”. ​ 

To support us in achieving our Hays Helps aims, each Hays employee is entitled to 1 day's paid volunteering leave to support causes within the Hays Helps Framework.
