A structured program to enable women to return to work:
Begin Again - The program aims to hire women, who have been on a break from their career for any reason (elder care, childcare, health reason, marriage, relocation, or maybe just to follow a passion). It is a focused program for giving opportunities to women on a break, to re-join the corporate workforce. Post hiring, enablement is planned through mentoring and capability-building sessions for women to experience a seamless integration back in the workforce.
HR Connects - HRs connect with women who are returning to work, so as to sync up on connecting for assigning projects , leave extensions and enabling a seamless return to work
Top Gear – A crowdsourcing virtual platform that enables women to work on specific projects virtually and also earn on certain challenges. It provides a virtual and physical environment for employees to learn, engage, gain hands-on experience in skills in-demand and become future ready.
WoW MoM Handbook – is a one stop information source for all women who are either proceeding for maternity or coming back from maternity. It serves as a ready reckoner and a guide on benefits, flexibility, career enablement, day care, wellness and counselling.
