Parents and Carers at RSSB

RSSB offers enhanced maternity and paternity leave as follows;

  • Maternity leave –  52 weeks (1 year)
  • Enhanced maternity pay which includes 26 weeks fully pay followed by 13 weeks at statutory maternity pay.*
  • Paternity leave – 2 weeks
  • Enhance paternity pay which includes 2 weeks at full pay.* 

*Enhanced maternity and paternity leave pay is subject to eligibility with further details available from our policies or HR team.

In addition, Shared Parental Leave available, subject to eligibility.

 

Care and Exceptional Circumstances Leave

We recognise the importance of balancing work and family life and occasional exceptional circumstances. As a result, the Company offers one day's paid leave per year (in addition to our generous 30 days annual leave) for time off to care for dependents and exceptional circumstances.

Flexible Working

We offer our staff the flexibility to work within our core hours and the option to split their location equally between both the office and home. If you are looking for further flexibility, speak to us at interview stage so that we can consider your request.
