What we are doing
This is a multi-year programme within Thales to understand and embrace neurodiversity in the company culture. Workstreams include:
- Education – raising awareness of what is neurodiversity and improving understanding and acceptance
- Recruitment - attracting and recruiting neurodivergent candidates
- Retention – valuing and accommodating all forms of neurodiversity in the workplace
- Outreach – learning from others and sharing our best practice
