What we do:
- OFFER ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT to managers and staff about Hindu concerns at work
- ORGANISE EVENTS to celebrate Hindu Dharma and culture, to celebrate diversity and inclusion
- DELIVER WELLBEING SESSIONS including yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, stress management
- PROVIDE L&D OPPORTUNITIES to help career progression
- DELIVER PRESENTATIONS on inclusivity issues affecting Hindu staff
- REACH OUT and engage with the wider Hindu community to deliver Home Office priorities
- REVIEW AND DEVELOP POLICIES Inclusive for Hindu staff
- QUALITY ASSURE departmental guidance and information about Hindus and Hindu Dharma.
