We have a Gender Equality and Inclusion Employee Resource Group to assist us in driving greater gender equality across Brit.

We look to support the personal and professional development of women and non-binary colleagues.

Our Employee Resource Group meets regularly to discuss topics of interest and raise any suggestions for change through to our Inclusion and Diversity Committee.

We had a fantastic time recently at our women in Ki event where Bilge Mert, CTO of Brit Insurance, sat down with members of our team to discuss diversity in the tech sector and share her personal experiences. The session included an honest discussion on the challenges Bilge has faced throughout her career, insights on how she has implemented different approaches to diversity within tech and other proactive tips to help women in tech excel.
