Equity Forum at Nuffield Health

Our Equity Forum is our employee group that’s made up of everyone who’s passionate about Nuffield Health a place where a sense of belonging is the norm.

The Equity Forum works with our HR leadership teams to influence our advance towards becoming a more inclusive place of work by highlighting our opportunities to do things better. Our Forum members take part in working groups examining inclusive policy terminology, contributing to the development of inclusivity training programmes and promoting awareness with regular internal blogs and podcasts that celebrate the things that make us all different in our own way.

Founded and owned by our people, our diversity networks provide an opportunity for you to share your experiences, address inclusion needs and shape the action that will drive change across the Charity.
