Elevate at RS Components

We bring gender diversity to the forefront of the agenda to confront gender imbalance. Together we empower one another, promoting being brave, not perfect and to be the best we can be!  It’s an open invite to men and women to share experiences, thoughts and opinions to challenge our conscious and unconscious biases to support building opportunities to advance women’s careers. So join us at one of our next sessions where we have open discussion forums and take part, hearing from both internal and external people on challenges that working women face.

Globally as an organisation, we are over 50% female! We have a fantastic ERG: Elevate, that supports our women, builds ally ship with our male colleagues and is the voice of our women to challenge us to be better.

However, we do not have gender equality at the top of our organisation. We are predominantly male but have a 5-year strategy in place to turn this around. We are 18 months into our strategy and are addressing the systemic and deep-rooted issues to ensure we achieve gender balance at the top.

We are partnering with the 30% Club to ensure our pipeline of women know just how amazing they are and that they can absolutely step forward into bigger roles.

Gender Identity is an embedded way of life for us at RS Components. We believe that empowering everyone to bring their true self to work makes for happy, kinder and more productive people.
