Cultural Awareness Network - YOUnited at Colt

YOUnited is Colt’s cultural awareness network, created to promote cross cultural understanding and an environment where anyone can flourish regardless of their race, ethnicity, faith or cultural background.

The YOUnited team has driven a number of engaging events such as Black History Month, Diwali celebrations and an Iftar Experience during Ramadan. They are focused on creating a sense of belonging at Colt, helping colleagues gain a better understanding of each other and celebrating diverse role models across the business.
