CA Technologies employs more than 11,000 employees in over 40 countries across the world. Of this, it has a workforce of more than 2000 employees in EMEA. Of its global workforce, CA Technologies employs around 4,700 people dedicated to design and support software solutions.
In 2005, we opened our R&D centre, the CA Prague Technology Centre – which has grown to become one of our largest office locations in EMEA. The CA Prague Technology Centre is one of our largest R&D sites for mainframe technologies globally, and our biggest R&D site in Europe. At this site, there are 300 developers who work on all aspects of our software portfolio. With 50 different nationalities working at the CA Prague Technology Centre – the site is one of our most diverse in EMEA

Partnering with Universities
A key area of focus at CA Technologies is to ensure we continue to attract the right people to join our growing Prague Technology Center. Over the years we have developed partnerships with local universities and provide opportunities for students and graduates to gain experience during and after their studies. At the same time, we are working to address the science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) skills gap in Europe through Create Tomorrow, our corporate social responsibility program that aims to inspire young people to consider future careers in STEM.
