We are clear-eyed about cricket's need to change. The game has faced serious and public questions about racism and discrimination, and we treat ED&I as a genuine priority rather than a box to tick. Race is protected across all our policies, we take a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination and harassment, and we run a targeted ED&I strategy and action plan in partnership with the Somerset Cricket Foundation to keep improving.
